Refunds and Returns
Not satisfied? Wrong size? Prefer a different color? Exchanges and returns are always welcome.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@babyboe.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. To check whether your return has reached us safely, check your track & trace. For administrative reasons, we cannot keep everyone informed individually.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Once your return request has been processed, we'll send you an email with instructions. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Exchange?
To receive the correct item faster, please place a new order with the desired size and/or color. Shipping costs will be charged separately for this.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and find a suitable solution.
Exceptions/Items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Legal 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we've inspected your return, you'll receive an email and we'll let you know whether it's approved or not. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within ten business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund. Please contact us at info@babyboe.nl if it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return.
